Yum...flourless cupcakes!

Last year I bought one of Sprinkles Cupcakes Passover cupcakes. My friend had just found out that she wasn't supposed to eat flour anymore so I thought this cupcake might console her. It worked!...and it turns out that flourless cupcakes are SOOOO good!

This cupcake is a flourless Belgian dark chocolate cupcake topped with a Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean glaze. It is only available April 7-15. at Sprinkles Cupcakes. Jill, let's get one!

Yes, Please! (I'm thinking that since you're still on your excersise/diet-vacation today, you should probably head down here after work...and maybe call ahead to make sure they reserve some flourless-goodness!)

Seriously...without the flour it's like straight cocoa fudge. So dang good.
