Cookie Casa Bakery is just such a bakery. They don't have a retail store yet (they are a custom order company), but you can try out their cookies and cupcakes at their first Pop-Up Bakery at Polkadots & Moonbeams this Friday and Saturday!

Cookie Casa Bakery's cookies and bars sell for $18.00/dozen and their cupcakes for $33.00/dozen. I would assume that you can buy individual treats at their Pop-Up Bakery. They don't have many varieties of cupcakes (three), but they are a cookie company. For now, I will drool over the pictures of the chocolate chip cookies...
