Cupkates Opens in Vegas

Las Vegas has some great cupcake shops. A recent article on vegasinc.com highlighted a fairly new cupcake bakery in the area called Cupkates. Katie Thompson opened Cupkates by Kate in 2010, amid the recession, and it has slowly grown into a successful cupcake company.

Cupkates by Kate's main product is their cupcake bouquets ($48), which is a bouquet of flowers that you can eat. I'd rather have this than regular flowers any day! They also sell mini cupcakes for $1 each.

I've reviewed many Las Vegas cupcakeries, since I'm in the area several times a year. I can't wait to stop by Cupkates by Kate the next time I'm in Vegas.
